Onsite Photography Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Provision: The Photographer will provide 2 hours of on-site photography services at the location specified by the Client.

2. Image Delivery: The Client will receive up to 100 color-corrected images in a digital format within 4 weeks after the event.

3. Additional Hours: Services beyond the initial 2-hour coverage are available upon request and will incur fees at the rate outlined in the pricing schedule.

4. Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Services beyond the included 2 hours will be billed at the overtime rate specified and are due upon service completion.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event date for a full deposit refund. Late cancellations may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights: The Photographer retains the copyright of all images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use may require an additional license.

7. Liability: The Photographer is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond their control, such as weather conditions or equipment malfunction.

8. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the images.

9. Travel and Accommodation: The Client will cover any necessary travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the Photographer for the event.

10. Meal Break: If the event exceeds 4 hours, the Client is responsible for providing a meal for the Photographer.

11. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Online Acceptance: By proceeding with the payment of the deposit, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
